We need your talent and expertise.Commercial Lines Middle Market Account ManagerAccount Managers are primarily responsible for servicing clients/prospects for commercial customers of Cross Insurance, while creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, underwriters and other professionals. The base salary range for this role is $75,000–$110,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on factors including location, skills, experience, and internal equity. Cross Insurance offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, andmore.Duties of a Middle Market Account Manager include, but are not limited to :Follow Large Commercial Timeline, adhere to Cross Procedure Manual and Master CL Workflow ManualHandles Large Complex Accounts (Book of Business up to $1,000,000 or more in revenueMeet with Producer/AE monthly to review marketing instructions.Visit clients as necessary as a proxy for Account ExecutiveAssist in soliciting increases in coverage (Round out accounts)Can provide an Analysis of CoverageHas In-Depth Technical Knowledge of Insurance Coverages & Products to advise clients with very little direction of an Account ExecutiveUnderstand the daily business operations and exposures of our customersCollect applications and underwriting information from Producer/AE and/or Client and Prospects as necessary to market new and renewal policiesPrepare Annual Review Kits and ProposalsPrepare Renewal and New business submissions and proposalsFollow-up with underwriters for the timely receipt of quotesRespond to requests from underwritersInvoice for prompt payment of agency bill invoices and request cancellation of policy when payment(s) are not received per Cross guidelines.Create new policy issuance instructions, quote instructions and renewal instructions for insurance companyProduce Initial binders for Renewal and New AccountsProvide clear concise instructions for processing new and renewal policiesAdd Master COIs & EPIs on Renewal and New BusinessRespond to customer inquiries including coverage questions, requests for documentation with or without direction of the Producer/AEAnswer questions posed by Processing AnalystsFacilitate audit disputes.Refer customers to other branches of Cross Insurance- Employee Benefits, Personal Lines, etc.Have Property & Casualty License5 or more years’ ExperienceAttain CE credits as necessary for licensing.Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $80,000–$100,000 annually .
