Warehouse / Packing Associate Weekly Pay /PTO/Kitchen Stipend

Position: Shipping & Receiving Specialist Team: Production Pay: $18.50/hour - paid weekly! Location: Lenexa, KS

This is a non-exempt hourly position and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable federal and state wage and hour laws.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and package products for shipment according to customer orders and company procedures
• Create and affix accurate shipping labels, packing slips, and documentation
• Schedule and coordinate shipments with carriers and couriers
• Load packages onto trucks or other transport vehicles safely
• Maintain accurate records of outgoing shipments in inventory systems
• Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy, condition, and compliance with quality standards
• Communicate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and carriers regarding shipping issues
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies
• Operate pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment as needed
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics is preferred
• Basic computer skills and experience with shipping software (e.g., FedEx, UPS, or ERP systems)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Working Conditions

• Warehouse environment
• May require extended periods of standing, lifting, bending, and manual handling
• Involves working in a non-temperature-controlled environment
