In this role, you will ensure safe, effective, and optimal medication management across all dimensions of patient care. You will interpret and evaluate medication orders, support clinical decision‑making, and perform key pharmacy functions such as order entry, pharmacokinetics, IV-to-PO conversions, and therapeutic interchange . You will also participate in multidisciplinary rounds , provide direct patient care, and contribute to staff education and training. This role includes mentoring pharmacy interns, technicians, and residents.
