Overview Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year. With offices in Northern California, Los Angeles, and San Diego, we are a top-rated High-End Commercial GC and were voted an ENR Contractor of the Year! Responsibilities Prepare budgets, estimates, and pre-bid packages for construction projects under the CM at Risk guaranteed maximum pricing model. Conduct quantity takeoffs. Manage multiple projects. Develop cost strategies. Foster relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors. Qualifications BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience. 7+ years of construction estimator or preconstruction experience. Commercial construction experience.
