Supply Replenishment Associate

Pride Health is hiring a Supply Replenishment Associate to support our client's medical facility in Clifton, NJ. This is a 3+ month contract with the possibility of a contract-to-hire opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Title: Light Industrial - Supply Replenishment Associate

Location: Clifton, NJ 07012

Pay Rate: $19/hr - $20/hr on W2.

Duration: 3+ Months

Shift: Tuesday - Saturday 7AM-3:30PM

Pay rate is based on experience and educational qualifications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in internal teams to drive continuous improvement in supply replenishment processes, focusing on cost and cycle time reduction.
• Execute standard business processes for managing material flow across facilities such as Laboratories, RRL, PSC, and IOP within the assigned region.
• Conduct regular physical inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure accuracy of on-hand inventory.
• Maintain visual management tools (e.g., Kanban systems) and implement mistake-proofing initiatives such as labeling with photos.

Job Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact across all organizational levels.
• Good planning and organizational abilities.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in software tools such as MS Excel, Word, and Visio

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
