Pharmacist - Inpatient

Pharmacist - Inpatient Location: Salina, Kansas (Onsite) Work Type: Permanent Positions: 1 Hours: 36-40 Hours per Week The Pharmacist - Inpatient is responsible for reviewing, preparing, and dispensing medications in a hospital setting while ensuring safe and effective drug therapy for patients. This role requires strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and collaboration with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes. Must-Have Qualifications Minimum 1-2+ years of Pharmacist experience in an inpatient or hospital setting Active Kansas Pharmacist License (Required prior to start) BLS Certification (AHA - Required) Doctor of Pharmacy ( PharmD ) or equivalent degree Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacology and medication management Preferred Qualifications Experience in acute care hospital pharmacy Familiarity with EMR and pharmacy information systems Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills Work Environment Inpatient Pharmacy Department Onsite role in Salina, KS Collaborative, patient-focused clinical environment Additional Requirements Must be flexible with day shifts and scheduling needs Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital setting Must comply with all pharmacy and regulatory standards #J-18808-Ljbffr Veracity Solutions
