You'll build meaningful relationships with families, collaborate with experienced clinical professionals, and see the impact of your work firsthand. What You'll Do Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy sessions Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and document client progress and milestone achievements Partner with families and clinical team members to support each child's goals Create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment Help children build confidence, independence, and essential life skills Compensation & Schedule Competitive Pay: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour Part-Time Opportunities Available Consistent Afternoon & Early Evening Hours Alexandria, VA Area Perfect for professionals seeking flexible scheduling, meaningful work, and opportunities for professional growth.
