Executive Financial Services / Brokerage at Work Support Overview Support the Brokerage at Work team by providing operational and client support across Executive Financial Services (EFS), trust accounts, stock plans, private share lending, and IPO-related activities. This role partners closely with Financial Advisors, Capital Markets, Stock Lending, and Stock Plan teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of transactions and exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities Support the Brokerage at Work team with: Trust account openings and Early Lockup support Temporary staffing support for the dedicated support center Private share lending (On-Platform and AAA support) Support the Executive Financial Services (EFS) home office team with operations related to restricted in-street-name products . Respond to inquiries from Financial Advisors by: Assisting with Executive Financial Services transactions Partner with Capital Markets and the Stock Lending team to resolve outstanding settlements for large transactions. Provide support for: 10b5-1 trading plan administration Client and Stock Plan teams, including IPO client support Manage manual operational processes associated with: Opening and maintaining trust accounts Monitoring trust account activities Private share lending transactions Implement and follow established bank procedures while interfacing directly with clients, Financial Advisors, and internal business partners as needed. Provide ongoing On-Platform and AAA support for private share lending activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Series 7 license preferred. Experience supporting brokerage operations, Executive Financial Services, stock plans, trust accounts, or wealth management operations is highly desirable. Strong client service, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working with cross-functional teams. Experience working with Financial Advisors and operations teams within a brokerage or wealth management environment is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Confidential
