Certified Parts Wholesale Zone Manager

Responsibilities Analyze, communicate performance, and consult with Market Area/Regional personnel on meeting key objectives via Strategy/Organizational Meetings, conference calls, etc. Participate in and support dealership business growth meetings as needed: Ready for Wholesale and Ready for Retail yearly meetings, Grass Roots/National meetings, Market Area meetings, etc. Collaborate and build relationships with key Corporate and Dealership stakeholders to capitalize on parts sales growth opportunities: Market Area/Regional personnel and key Marketing, Sales, and Field Operations personnel in the General Office Consulting organizations and partners (ADMI, MSX, etc.) Parts Distribution Center (PDC) management Parts Supply and Logistic General Office Team Ford Pro in-market Representatives and General Office team Communicate details and value of programs, events, and training to drive success toward objectives Manage development, implementation, and education of effective local and national programs, events (promotions, incentives, training sessions, etc.), and advertising/merchandising strategies toward meeting/exceeding Wholesale Parts and Ford Pro Parts objectives Engage with dealers to support their Go‑To‑Market strategy to grow wholesale business Consult dealers on effective implementation of programs and advertising/merchandising (POS) strategies Travel and coordinate sales calls with channel partners and dealer personnel—i.e., Outside Sales Reps Assist in preparing Business Development presentations for account meetings conducted by the General and Regional Manager (Grass Roots meetings, Fixed Operations Improvement meetings, etc.) Support various programs: Ford Fleet Network & Professional Service Network; Fleet and Government Bids application and award processes; Parts Loyalty Rewards and Business Growth Funds; Wholesale Allowance and Powertrain incentives; Variable Marketing programs (i.e., Ford Pro On the Lane); Best Practices and sales tools—presenting to and training Ownership Managers Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field 3+ years professional field sales experience with travel in a sales role or automotive association Ability to travel at least 4 days per week, including overnight stays Minimum travel required: 4+ days per week in market—up to four hour drive time. Territory includes Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois near St. Louis Automotive/Dealership Parts & Service Experience preferred Field Parts Sales experience within OEM preferred Strong Dealer Fixed Operations acumen Strategic and tactical thinking Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Self‑starter able to work independently on a regular basis Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint Ability to collaborate across functions and communicate with stakeholders Willingness to work in an environment of transformation and change, tight timelines, and continuous process improvement Flexibility and ability to cope with changing priorities We encourage you to apply, even if not all boxes are checked. Final salary depends on skills and experience. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
