AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks a Physical Therapist – PACE to help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote overall fitness. You will evaluate individuals with mobility dysfunction and develop a plan of care tailored to their goals of functional independence. Requirements include California PT license, at least 1 year with frail elderly and disabled populations, a valid BLS certification, and bilingual abilities (English/Spanish/Cantonese/Mandarin) preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr altamed
