Residential Program Manager

Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC seeks a Residential Program Manager to lead operations at our evidence-based eating disorder treatment program. In this role, you will oversee daily residential services for adolescents and adults, supervise multidisciplinary clinical and direct care teams, and ensure safe, trauma-informed, recovery-focused care. You will coordinate individualized treatment with medical and psychiatric staff, manage census and scheduling, support families, maintain regulatory and documentation standards, and model our compassionate, collaborative culture while mentoring staff and supporting high-quality outcomes.

• Oversee daily operations of residential eating disorder treatment program for adolescents and adults
• Supervise, coach, and schedule multidisciplinary clinical and direct care staff
• Ensure delivery of evidence-based, client-centered treatment aligned with Monte Nido protocols
• Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and therapeutic teams to coordinate individualized care plans
• Monitor program quality, safety, and regulatory compliance with state, payer, and accreditation standards
• Manage census, admissions coordination, and discharge planning with internal and external partners
• Engage and support families, guardians, and support systems throughout treatment
• Track key performance, outcomes, and documentation standards using EMR and reporting tools
• Lead team meetings, trainings, and performance feedback to support ongoing learning and culture
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to crises, risk concerns, and escalation as needed
• Program management in residential or behavioral health setting
• Staff supervision, coaching, and performance management
• Knowledge of eating disorder and co-occurring disorder treatment
• Clinical coordination and interdisciplinary care planning
• Regulatory, accreditation, and payer compliance in behavioral health
• Electronic medical record (EMR) and clinical documentation
• Risk assessment, crisis management, and de-escalation
• Data tracking, outcomes monitoring, and reporting
• Family engagement and communication in treatment settings

• Licensed clinician preferred (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PsyD) or strong residential program leadership background

• Understanding of behavioral health regulations, payer requirements, and accreditation standards
• CPR and crisis intervention certification preferred or obtained upon hire
