What You’ll Be Doing As a FOH Team Member, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and professional attitude. Taking orders accurately and efficiently. Maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Providing excellent customer service and resolving any guest concerns promptly. What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
