As a home health PTA , you’ll work with clients across the lifespan — from children building new developmental skills to adults regaining independence after illness or injury.

• Pediatric clients: Focus on fine motor skills, sensory regulation, self-care, and play-based learning to enhance confidence and participation.

• Adult clients: Support recovery and independence through adaptive strategies, strengthening, coordination, and functional training to improve quality of life at home.

Requirements

• Active Colorado Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
• (New graduates and relocating clinicians encouraged to apply)
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
