Senior Coronary Cathworks Territory Manager - Hartford, CT

Medtronic seeks a Senior Territory Manager for Coronary to drive sales of coronary technologies and CathWorks solutions across a multi-state region. The role combines clinical expertise and commercial leadership, requiring in-territory residence, frequent travel, and cath lab support for interventional cardiologists.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Medtronic coronary portfolio including stents, balloons, guidewires, and CathWorks technologies
- Provide technical and clinical leadership during coronary interventions and physiological assessments in cath labs
- Deliver advanced clinical education and training to physicians, nurses, and technicians
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders and execute account and territory plans
- Partner with enterprise and strategic accounts teams on pricing, contracting, and adoption strategies
Requirements
- High school diploma plus 8+ years relevant medical device or healthcare sales experience
- Cath lab support experience and familiarity with interventional cardiology procedures
- Strong ability to build credibility with physicians and hospital stakeholders
- Territory planning and business development skills with minimal oversight
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% overnight
- Composed leadership in high-stakes clinical environments
