Behavioral Health Nurse Manager

Job Description
Manage the day-to-day nursing operations of an inpatient behavioral health/psychiatic unit while ensuring safe patient care, regulatory compliance, staff performance, and quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise behavioral health nurses and other staff.
- Manage daily staff assignments, scheduling, and coverage.
- Monitor the quality and safety of patient care.
- Manage departmental resources, supplies, and productivity.
- Assist with hiring, on boarding, orientation and retention of staff
- Particiapte in regulatroy/accreditation activities and maintain compliance.
Qualifications
Basic Cardiac Life Support
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention
Active Unencumbered FL State (RN) Registered Nurse License or Multi-State RN compact license Associate Degree
Full-Time Days No Weekends
