We’re actively hiring an experienced LPN/LVN for a Surgical Step-Down opportunity at Mercy Hospital South in Saint Louis, MO.

• Surgical Step Down / Med Surg setting
• 2+ years of experience required

✅ Requirements

• Active Missouri LPN/LVN license or Compact license
• 2+ years of recent LPN/LVN experience
• Med Surg / Surgical Step-Down experience preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical and patient-care skills
