Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Project Manager with a strong background in SAP Activate methodology. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex software development projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high quality standards. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead cross functional teams and drive project success in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize SAP Activate methodology to guide project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members in best practices and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and quality assurance processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience with SAP Activate Project Management methodology.
• Proven experience in managing software development projects, preferably in an Agile environment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP software solutions and related technologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
• Experience in stakeholder management and client facing roles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in software development project management.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP Activate methodology and project delivery.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
