As a Business Analyst, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Serve as the link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Lead requirements gathering and translates business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional and non-functional specifications.
• Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, user acceptance testing, and requirements tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyzes business processes and data to identify inefficiencies, root causes, automation opportunities, and improvements that deliver measurable business value.

We're looking for someone who:

• Is known for their experience managing backlogs, prioritization and supporting delivery teams
• Stands out for their excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrates strong experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Is recognized for their strong capability in requirements elicitation, documentation and validation across the full lifecycle
• Has 5 years of experience in business analysis or IT delivery
