Baer is looking for SAP Travel Management Consultant for a 12 month Federal Remote Project.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant Travel Management to support a Federal Government SAP implementation. The consultant will configure, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA Travel Management while working with business and government stakeholders.

Description:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for travel management.
• Configure SAP S/4HANA Travel Management for travel requests, expenses, reimbursements, per diem, mileage, and advances.
• Support integration with SAP FI, CO, Funds Management, HCM, Payroll, and Workflow.
• Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
• Support SIT, UAT, training, deployment, and production support.
• Work with functional, technical, and business teams to deliver SAP solutions.
• Conduct functional workshops and translate business needs into SAP solutions.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of SAP functional consulting experience, including 5+ years of hands-on SAP Travel Management configuration and implementation experience.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Travel Management, including multiple full lifecycle implementations.
• SAP Concur experience alone is not sufficient.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI and Funds Management (FM) integration and related financial processes.
• Experience supporting U.S. Federal Government clients, with knowledge of Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) and government financial management preferred.
• Experience with SAP Fiori, Workflow, BTP, and SAP Activate is preferred.
• Familiarity with NIST 800-53 security requirements and ATO environments is a plus.
• SAP S/4HANA or SAP Travel Management certification is preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead functional workshops, translate business requirements into SAP solutions, and work effectively with technical and business teams.
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing consulting environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust or security clearance.
• Bachelor s Degree
