Job Description
Title : NICU Registered Nurse

Schedule :
- Shift: 12 hours
- Rotating schedule with start times of 7 AM and 7 PM
- Every other weekend and holiday required

Assignment Details :
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements :
- Education: Nursing Diploma, ASN or BSN (preferred)
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years previous NICU RN experience required
- Licensure/Certifications: Current RN license, BLS, ACLS, and NRP required

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide emergency nursing care to critically ill neonates and infants requiring complex medical and surgical intervention.
- Ensure competent, compassionate nursing care for patients and their families.
- Maintain a safe, efficient, effective, and timely care environment that meets the cultural and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Perform detailed patient assessments and maintain high clinical standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
