Telehealth Coordinator

To support Telepsychiatry services, the full-time Telehealth Coordinator will manage scheduling for Telehealth prescribers and coordinate third-party coverage, working remotely within the Pacific Standard Time zone for a temporary duration of six months. Key responsibilities Schedule Telehealth prescribers and manage logistics for Telepsychiatry services Coordinate third-party coverage as needed to ensure service continuity Maintain effective communication with physicians and clinical staff regarding scheduling and service needs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with two years of experience in medical and clinical staffing coordination, or four years of relevant experience Knowledge of patient scheduling and billing systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations and proper transfer of PHI Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities
