Remote AR Collection Specialist

Providing accounts receivable follow-up and denial management support, the full-time Remote AR Collection Specialist will ensure compliance with payer filing deadlines and resolve outstanding claims while adhering to regulatory and organizational guidelines. Key responsibilities Manage outstanding accounts receivables and follow up on claims to ensure timely collection Utilize coding compliance knowledge to resolve claims management issues effectively Communicate with various internal teams to ensure adherence to billing processes and guidelines Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CPC-A, CCA, CCS, CCS-P, NCIS) Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or medical billing Proficiency in ICD-10, HCPCS, CPT-4, and associated modifiers Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Knowledge of physician billing, regulatory, and compliance guidelines
