UX Designer, YouTube Live Creator Tools and Monetization

Drive the design process for features within YouTube Live across mobile and desktop, from ideation to launch with minimal guidance.Translate complex problems and user needs into simple, high-quality, and intuitive design solutions for live streaming and interactive experiences.Produce a range of design artifacts, including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes, effectively communicating design intent.Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Researchers to define requirements, explore concepts, and ensure technical feasibility and design consistency.Utilize and contribute to YouTube's design system, ensuring visual and experiential coherence across YouTube Live features on both mobile and desktop.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.Experience designing consumer-facing products.Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).Preferred qualifications:Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.2 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.1 year of experience leading design projects.Experience designing for mobile and desktop applications.At Google, we "Focus on the user and all else will follow."
