About the Position: First-level Food Services Supervisor accountable for overseeing the preparation and serving of food. Coordinates and audits meals in accordance with basic dietetic principles. Conducts and maintains inventories, completes requisitions for food and supply items, and maintains food service records. Supervises the training and daily work of food service staff or offenders engaged in related duties. Monitors safety and sanitation standards in kitchens, dining rooms, and food preparation and storage areas.
