Requirements

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Certified Surgical Technologist, you will:

• Act as the primary scrub person duringsurgical procedures, ensuring instruments, equipment, and supplies areready and sterile.
• Prepare operating rooms for surgery,using advanced techniques to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
• Collaborate with the surgical team toanticipate needs and provide seamless intra-operative support.
• Assist in maintaining the sterile fieldand uphold the highest standards of patient safety.
• Participate in performance improvementand quality assurance initiatives.

On-Call Requirement: Candidates must reside within 30 minutes of the facility to ensure rapid response times when on call.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist(CST).
• CPR certification.
• Thorough knowledge of operativeprocedures, surgical equipment, and instrumentation.

Preferred Experience:

2+ years of hospital surgical experience.
