DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated and experienced attorney to join our boutique class action firm in LA County. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on quality over quantity, with a strong emphasis on employment and class action litigation. Whether you prefer a hybrid or fully remote work arrangement, this position is designed to provide flexibility while maintaining proximity for occasional in-person responsibilities.Responsibilities:• Conduct comprehensive discovery processes, including managing and attending depositions.• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.• Represent clients during court appearances and ensure effective advocacy.• Handle law and motion practices to address various legal issues.• Work autonomously or under senior attorneys depending on experience level, managing cases effectively.• Maintain a minimum of 1,500 billable hours annually, tracking time accurately for attorneys’ fees.• Collaborate with the team during weekly meetings and contribute to the firm's shared legal strategies.• Participate in firm-wide discussions and activities to maintain a positive and team-oriented culture.Requirements• Must hold an active license to practice law in California.• A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on employment and class action cases.• Expertise in conducting discovery, including depositions and document review.• Proven ability to draft high-quality motions, pleadings, and briefs.• Strong knowledge of employment law and litigation processes.Job typePerm
