- Verify quality, type, and quantity of incoming materials and finished goods daily
- Process shipments and manage inventory in line with established procedures and customer requirements
- Operate powered industrial trucks and distribution equipment safely at various heights
- Work efficiently in varied temperature environments, including room temperature, cold-room, and freezer-room
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality to meet customer expectations
- Utilize ERP systems, Outlook, and shipping software to support daily operations

Required Skills and Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years' experience in shipping or receiving roles
- Ability to independently follow procedures and meet schedules
- Competence with warehouse equipment and basic computer navigation
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
