Job Description

Provide medically prescribed therapy services using professionally accepted Occupational Therapy theory and skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS American Heart Association
• For Autism/Children's Center: Pediatric rehabilitation professional experience as an Occupational Therapist (OT) preferred, but new graduates with relevant intern experience may be considered
• For all other departments: Adult rehabilitation professional experience as an Occupational Therapist (OT) preferred, but new graduates with relevant intern experience may be considered

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Upon hire: Defensive driving certification
• Occupational therapy experience in a clinical setting
