Role Description The Claims Adjuster is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX. In this position, the individual will review, investigate, and evaluate automotive-related claims, including roadside incidents and property damage, to determine coverage and appropriate resolution. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing documentation, communicating with customers, service providers, and insurance partners, and documenting claim decisions in internal systems. The Claims Adjuster will negotiate settlements within established authority limits, ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements, and provide clear, professional updates to all stakeholders. This role also involves collaborating with team members to improve processes, maintain service quality, and support a positive customer experience. Qualifications Strong claims handling and claims management skills, including experience reviewing, investigating, and resolving claims efficiently. Knowledge of insurance and insurance claims processes, with the ability to interpret coverage and policy terms. Experience assessing property damage related to automotive incidents and documenting findings accurately. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally. Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with claim management or CRM software. Ability to work on-site in Dallas, TX, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or relevant certifications in insurance or claims are a plus.
