Lead BCBA/LBA - Residential Behavior Support

Behavioral Health in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/ Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) to design, implement, and oversee behavioral and skill acquisition programming within Community Living residential settings. The BCBA/LBA ensures ABA services are clinically sound, aligned with BACB standards, MO LBA regulations, and BHA policies. This role trains DSP staff, coaches implementation, and promotes data-driven, person-centered supports to improve safety and #J-18808-Ljbffr Behavioral Health
