Pay and Scheduling Breakdown

Average weekly earnings of $1,300 to $1,800 , growing with your experience level
$1,000 per week guaranteed for your first 3 months after your first solo dispatch
Trainee pay of $800 per week while you train
Starting mileage pay of $0.50 cpm on a 6 month pay band
$15 stop pay , unload pay matches OTR rate when required

Route & Home Time

Home every 2 weeks for 2 full days
Day and night dispatch, weekend work expected, holidays can be requested off
Runs everywhere from Denver east, minus the Northeast, keeping you in 27 states total

Freight & Equipment

Dry van freight
Live load, live unload, preload, and drop and hook

Qualifications

New CDL-A holders welcome, or 6+ months of solo verifiable experience
120+ hours at an accredited CDL training school
21 years or older
Valid driver's license in current state of residence
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
No DUI/DWI within the past 5 to 10 years
Must pass hair and urine drug testing
