Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Physical Therapist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: AM (08:00 – 16:30) Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 1 year of home care experience required License: Physical Therapist license, Connecticut license required before starting Certifications: Driver's license, Motor Vehicle Report, Auto Insurance policy, and Fingerprinting required Description: We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in the Home Care division. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. There is no call requirement associated with this position. Candidates must have at least one year of home care experience. A Physical Therapist license and a Connecticut license are required before starting. Additional requirements for home health include a valid driver's license, a Motor Vehicle Report, an Auto Insurance policy, and fingerprinting.
