We are seeking a Store Leader (a.k.a. Chief Cheerleader, Boss Barista, Director of People Development, Head Customer Advocate) to partner with us in creating the best damn coffee business for our team members and customers.

We will provide the venue, support, and drinks (it's specialty coffee, remember?), but it's your passion for people, process, and performance that will make this party epic. So here we go...As the Store Leader, you will be responsible for hiring, scheduling, training, operations, Team Member engagement, creating Raving Fans (the customers), and the financial performance of your location.
