Operations Coordinator – Central Dispatch

Frank Martz Coach Company is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support early-morning dispatch operations. This role helps ensure drivers, routes, and charter services are prepared and dispatched accurately each day.

Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday 3:00 AM – 11:30 AM

What You’ll Do

• Verify driver readiness, assignments, and trip details before departure
• Coordinate scheduled line runs and charter dispatches
• Communicate updates related to delays, route conditions, and service changes
• Monitor departures and report operational issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and daily logs
• Assist with last-minute schedule adjustments and coverage needs

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
• Prior experience in transportation, dispatch, logistics, or operations preferred
• Comfortable working early morning hours in a structured environment
