Job Description
Join a dynamic team in the custom packaging industry, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems and food packaging machinery. You will work with renowned clients and ensure seamless operations for packaging processes.
Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC repairs including bulbs and general building maintenance.
• Repair and troubleshoot food packaging machinery such as conveyors, pumps, motors, boilers, cappers, and labelers.
• Conduct weekly preventive maintenance.
• Engage in minor welding on stainless and mild steel, though not required.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and work independently.
• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical prints.

Essential Skills

• Mechanical skills
• Preventive maintenance expertise
• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics with 3+ years experience
• 3+ years experience in industrial maintenance
• Proficiency in troubleshooting conveyors, pumps, and food packaging machinery

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Preventative maintenance
• Math skills
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds

Work Environment
Work in a GMP environment on the 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, with potential overtime of up to 5 hours. Enjoy a standard dress code suitable for a professional setting.

This is a Permanent position based out of Ixonia, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr.
- Direct Hire - Pay is above average market: $30-$40 an hour- PTO (up to 3 weeks to start) - Family Culture - host a lot of events - troubleshoot issues together a. Cookouts b. Gift cards c. Bonus programs - $50 dollar gift cards- Bonuses distributed each quarter up to 4% a. Have done this the last 18 out of 20 quarters- Medical - Dental - Vision - Join a growing & expanding company - they are building a new extension currently which will be done by the start of Fall
