Flexible Monday - Friday schedule with 32 - 36 patient contact hours per week
Well-equipped facility with on-site imaging, CT, ultrasound, and physical therapy
Collaborative team environment with two openings available
Manageable patient load of 15 - 20 patients per day
Hospital-employed position with established primary care practice
Board-certified or board-eligible candidates welcome
Optional urgent care shifts available for additional earnings
Modern facility with comprehensive support services
