Job Summary:
Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) position in Burlington, Vermont. This assignment requires candidates to bring their license on the first day. The role involves working in a high-volume trauma level 1 facility with 500+ beds, providing OR coverage across multiple specialties while rotating between day and evening shifts. The assignment duration is between 13 to 16 weeks.

Job Details:

• Location: Burlington, Vermont
• Shift Time: Rotating between day/evening schedules, with off-shift options at 08:45-19:15, 10:45-21:15, or 12:45-23:15
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36.0 hours
• Required Qualifications: Prior travel experience; two years of operating room registered nurse experience; large trauma level 1 experience at a facility with 500 or more beds; recent (within past 2 years) EPIC electronic medical records experience; circulating and scrub skills checklists in packet; ability to scrub all surgical specialties except cardiovascular operating room cases; skill in scrubbing general operating room, genitourinary, gynecologic, ear, nose, and throat, eyes, plastics, laparoscopic, trauma, thoracic, and vascular procedures; must be able to meet schedule flexibility to support patient care needs.
• Additional Information: Assignment duration is 13-16 weeks; work is scheduled from Monday to Sunday without block scheduling; bi-weekly orientations starting 7/27; all employment gaps over 90 days must be explained; comprehensive work history including bed count, electronic medical record system, and facility type is required to submit; weekly schedule may include 24-hour call; IVS to offer; public transportation is not accessible in this area. Reliable transportation such as personal or rental vehicles is recommended, with all-season or snow tires during NovemberApril.
