Your Role as a RN Unit Manager: At Poplar Hill Health and Rehab , our Unit Managers provide essential care to our residents by: Ensuring high standards of patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements Supervising nursing staff Managing patient care plans Coordinating with other healthcare professionals What You Need: Active Registered Nurse RN i n Virginia or a compact state.
