Inside Sales Representative - Nashville, TN
Starting at $55,000+ (Hourly + Commission)

That's why we're looking for an Inside Sales Representative who can keep customer relationships running strong, ignite new opportunities, and help power our continued growth.
What You'll Do
- Identify opportunities to expand business and deliver solutions that keep customers moving.
- Maintain regular contact and provide TOCS-level support on every call, email, and order.
- Turn everyday customer conversations into long-term partnerships.
- Reconnect with dormant accounts to re-establish business relationships.
- Manage a target account list and proactively reach out to prospects.
- Create customized proposals designed to fuel customer growth and success.
- Customize sales presentations to match each customer's unique needs.
- Enter and facilitate customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate special requests and communicate customer needs across departments.
- Maintain detailed customer records and activity within the CRM system.
- Assist with collections efforts when needed.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior sales experience preferred, especially in petroleum or related industries.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to prepare reports, business correspondence, and proposals.
- Mathematical aptitude.
- Valid driver's license and an MVR that meets company insurability standards.
