Job Details: Job Location: 2034 El Camino Real - Santa Clara, CA 95050. Salary Range: $16.90 - $18.50 Hourly. Full-Time & Part-Time. Hourly + Sales Bonuses. Work Location: In person. European Wax Center is hiring a Guest Service Associate (also known as Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving overall center revenue. Key Responsibilities Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals. Educate guests on our exclusive product line. Manage front desk operations, including check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control. Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
