Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and service‑oriented Leasing Assistant to support daily leasing operations at The Keys at Cotee River . This role plays a key part in creating positive first impressions, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, and supporting the overall success of the community. Key Responsibilities Greet prospective residents and provide community tours Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk‑ins Assist applicants with the leasing process, applications, and required documentation Maintain accurate records in the property management system Support marketing efforts, including online listings and social media updates Prepare leasing packets, welcome materials, and move‑in documentation Assist with resident relations, renewals, and service requests Ensure the leasing office is clean, organized, and welcoming Collaborate with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Previous leasing, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using computers, email, and property management software Professional, friendly, and resident‑focused demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Preferred Skills Experience with property management software Knowledge of Fair Housing laws Sales or hospitality background Schedule & Compensation Full-time position Occasional weekend availability may be required Competitive pay based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Watkins Realty Services, LLC
