Job Description

The Bilingual Recruiter supports hourly, professional, and mixed workforce populations by sourcing and engaging candidates in English and Spanish. This role coordinates the recruitment process from initial outreach through offer coordination, participates in occasional job fairs, and maintains accurate applicant tracking and recruitment reporting.

 

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for hourly and professional workforce opportunities.
• Conduct bilingual outreach in English and Spanish.
• Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records.
• Coordinate employment offers with candidates and stakeholders.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track recruiting activity.
• Represent the organization at occasional job fairs.

 

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in recruiting.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Candidate sourcing experience.
• Knowledge of behavioral interviewing.
• Understanding of employment law.
• Experience with recruitment marketing.
• Professional bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Relationship management experience.
