Job Summary:
Aspire Senior Living Platte City is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse (RN) at our skilled nursing facility in Platte City, Missouri, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality personal care services to our residents. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and developing individualized care plans
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Participate in daily Shift Report and update resident records accurately and timely
Assist in daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as needed
Monitor and report any changes in resident conditions to care management team

Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
Experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care or related field preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
