Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven strategies and actionable models. Lead the development and deployment of data analysis products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability requirements. Define data governance standards and quality guidelines to support robust analytical modeling and data management. Mentor teams on best practices in analytics, visualization, validation and GenAI development to drive continuous improvement.
