Senior Marketing Manager – B2B Events | Reno/Nevada | $75,000 - $85,000 | Hybrid Open to Part-time also Travel: Regular travel to events across the USA An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing B2B events business and take ownership of marketing across a portfolio of US-based events. This is a hands-on senior marketing role , covering the full event marketing lifecycle – from strategy and audience development through to campaign delivery and onsite execution. The Role You will: Develop and deliver marketing strategies across multiple B2B events and brands. Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, digital, social, content, partnerships and PR. Drive qualified attendee, delegate and buyer acquisition. Manage multiple campaigns, budgets, deadlines and priorities simultaneously. Work closely with sales, content and operations teams. Build relationships with industry partners, associations and media. Analyse campaign performance, audience data and ROI to optimise activity. Coordinate external agencies and specialists including PR, paid media, design and content. Support hosted-buyer / hosted-attendee programmes where applicable. Take an active role in onsite event marketing, with travel across the US. About You We're looking for someone with: Proven experience marketing live B2B events in the US . Strong strategic and hands-on marketing experience. Experience managing multiple events, campaigns or brands simultaneously. Strong audience acquisition and multi-channel campaign experience. Commercial awareness and confidence managing marketing budgets. Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills. Strong writing and content skills across email, web and social. An entrepreneurial, proactive approach and willingness to get stuck in. Experience with hosted-buyer programmes would be highly advantageous. An interest in sport, business or professional communities would be beneficial. Flexibility to travel regularly to events across the USA.
