Work Setting This is a home-based ABA therapy position. Services are delivered in the child’s home; you’ll be working in the natural environment where children learn and grow best. No problem — we’ll help you get there! What We’re Looking For Passion for working with children and helping others grow High school diploma or equivalent (required) 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred) Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required) Strong communication, patience, and professionalism Already certified as an RBT? Great! Not yet?
