Qualifications and Requirements: High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent. Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards. Responsibilities: Manage food and labor costs within approved budget Oversee daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and presentation Lead, train, and develop kitchen team members Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and hygiene Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety regulations Plan menus and recommend improvements to increase profitability Coordinate with catering and events teams to execute functions successfully Monitor inventory, purchasing, and proper food storage Handle guest feedback and ensure excellent guest satisfaction This job requires the ability to perform the following: Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays) Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills Passion for food, service, and team leadership Other: Being passionate about people and service. Strong communication skills are essential when interacting with guests and employees. Reading and writing abilities are used often when completing paperwork, logging issues/complaints/requests/ information updates, etc. Basic math skills are used frequently when handling cash or credit.
