Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in inpatient or outpatient environments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall functionality.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation professionals to maximize patient outcomes.
• Guide patients and their families in understanding therapeutic objectives, discharge planning, and home exercise routines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in compliance with facility standards and regulatory requirements.

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist .
• CPR certification is preferred.
