General Manager – Landscape Maintenance Operations We are seeking a highly experienced, career-minded General Manager to lead a highly successful, award-winning Landscape Maintenance division within a long-established, family-owned organization. This is a long-term leadership opportunity, not a grow-and-sell environment. The General Manager will play a key role in sustaining operational excellence, strengthening teams, and continuing a legacy of service, quality, and community reputation. You will oversee a stable, high-performing operation supporting 800+ active customers, 100+ team members (including seasonal labor), and multiple internal departments. This role is part of a larger organization with 230+ team members across Central Virginia, recognized as the region’s most diverse horticulture company.
