The role requires 40 hours per week on a 10-hour shift schedule. Supervise PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians). Bill within facility guidelines and adhere to board rules and state regulations. Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure a team‑focused plan of care. Understand and utilize adaptive equipment. Modify plan of care based on patient condition. Use Medical Center computer systems for daily tasks. Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines. Requirements Minimum of 6 months of experience (preferably 12 months). New graduates encouraged. State‑specific licensing and BLS certification. ABPTS certification preferred. Proficiency in anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. Experience with adaptive equipment and patient assessment. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
